Industry 4.0—defined by automation, AI, IoT, and data-driven decision-making—is transforming the nature of jobs and the skills required to perform them. To prepare learners for this dynamic landscape, pedagogy itself must evolve to become more experiential, interdisciplinary, and technology-integrated. This session will explore innovative teaching methodologies that align with the demands of Industry 4.0, including project-based learning, simulation, blended learning, and industry-academia co-creation.
